Management Consulting in the Financial Services industry is full of variety: I get to work with many different companies and across a wide range of topics, from program management to strategy, from designing the customer journey to regulatory affairs. I’m also very passionate about how innovation and new technologies can help people to live better and more fulfilling lives. I lead Accenture’s Banking Customer Survey, which helps us to understand customer expectations and the best ways banks can meet them.
Our three-part analysis based on Accenture’s Market Pulse Survey 2018, revealed that despite a high customer loyalty, Belgians and their banks are in a rather functional, routine and cold relationship. We have summarized our findings in one infographic.
