My main interest lies in the Financial Services industry, where I work with banking and insurance clients in the domains of Customer Experience and Digital innovation. We help insurers and banks understand their customers better and brainstorm with them on how new digital technologies can help them deliver an excellent customer service. Innovation in general is a personal passion, and as well as co-creating with our clients, I’m actively involved in Accenture’s internal innovation programs as a member of the team leading our annual Innovation Challenge and our new Innovation Booster program.
Our three-part analysis based on Accenture’s Market Pulse Survey 2018, revealed that despite a high customer loyalty, Belgians and their banks are in a rather functional, routine and cold relationship. We have summarized our findings in one infographic.
