On February 6, I was delighted to celebrate with colleagues who contributed to this achievement at the official Awards ceremony in Brussels. Being recognized as Top Employer is an honor and confirmation of the importance Accenture places on investing in our people, not only in terms of total rewards structure and talent strategy that builds on individual strengths and ambitions, but also on nurturing our community.
Bringing innovation to our clients, through our unique fusion of skills, expertise and understanding is something we do as one Accenture community. As Country Managing Director, I believe we can only achieve our business strategy and serve our clients well if there is a true sense of belonging for our people.
Year on year, we apply new ideas to people engagement via our BeLong Program.
